Richard Seigler, LMFT

Richard Seigler, LMFT is passionate about people leading empowered, connected, and purposeful lives. He provides counseling services to diverse clients as they learn, change, grow, and function in increasingly inspired, creative, healthy and adaptive ways. We work collaboratively together to identify needs, address underline concerns and implement change ina safe and supportive setting. Richard Seigler is experienced in working with adults, couples, families, groups, as well as adolescent clients.

Primarily, he uses Systems Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Strength Based Approaches; while including an array of other therapeutic modalities to help the individual, couple, family and group accomplish their goals. Together we discover underline influences for concerns, collaborate to create goals for counseling, and collectively work towards achieving our mission.

His background and influence for psychotherapy is in the study of behavioral science, philosophy, and athletics, which continues to inform my work as a therapist. Richard Seigler has experience working with the criminality population and their families, at-risk student and professional athletes, as well as high profile individuals, couples and families.

As a graduate from one of the most accredited MFT programs in the country; Capella University, Richard Seigler completed his clinical experience at the Human Behavior Institute located in Las Vegas, NV.
